A single plan, drawn to scale, of an already designed pool/spa.
*This plan is for use, as an example drawing, to present to a pool company, for them to design off from, ONLY. This drawing is not meant for Engineering, Construction, or Permitting.
$700.00 USD
This is a single plan, drawn to scale, of a desired pool/spa including all desired amenities.
*This type of plan is for use to the Homeowner, to draw in the needed information (Set-backs, Permitting Information, etc…) to create the plan that the Building Department will require for permitting and construction.
$950.00-$1,200.00 USD
This is a complete set of plans, drawn to scale, of a desired pool/spa including all of the above mentioned items and also includes:
- Site plan with pool/spa placed as homeowner desired.
- Homeowner’s Association (H.O.A.) Plan.
- Permit Plan(s).
- Excavation (lay-out) Plan.
- Subcontractor’s Plan.
- A Subcontractor List, of recommended licensed Subcontractor’s (Southern Nevada residents only).
- 1 Equipment quote (a list of all specified equipment with prices, needed for the subs & is provided by the Homeowner).
- Miscellaneous Paperwork (Explaining different things you’ll need to know, how to properly fill out permits, how to get the best pricing from subs, help looking over contractor’s bids to compare apples to apples and to ensure that the bids are accurate.
Additional Charges: If a Pool/Spa project figures to be over a $100,000 pool, when finished (Not including landscaping or un-pool related items, like basketball/sports courts, etc…), there is an additional $350 charge at time of signing of contract or when the project proves to be over that $100,000 cost. This additional charge is due to the extra time, materials and complexities involved in larger projects.
